The bid prices submitted shall be in effect as indicated in the bid proposal. The bid prices shall be F.O.B. Mankato, Minnesota. The bid prices submitted shall be for materials that are specified in the Proposal and Specifications document. Any special conditions or bid qualifiers will not be accepted.

Please do not submit bids for materials other than those specified. If any of the above conditions cannot be met, please do not submit a bid.

We agree that if this proposal is accepted, equipment will be furnished F.O.B. Pricing is to include all shipping and handling charges built into the per unit pricing. Payment will be made only for the amount ordered and received by the City of Mankato during the year.

SPECIFICATIONS

REJECTED MATERIALS/METERS

The Manufacturer shall, at his own expense, replace or satisfactorily adjust or repair all units rejected for failure to comply with these specifications.

OTHER TERMS

The City of Mankato has the right to accept or to reject all bids.

All bids must be inclusive with shipping and handling charges incorporated in bid pricing; no additional fees allowed at invoicing.
