Introduction
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is for Washington County to secure services for investment software to provide accounting reports, compliance monitoring, performance analytics and risk analytics. The County is seeking a three-year contract, with the possibility for an additional two year annual renewals, for a maximum of five years.
Proposal Questions
To notify the county of any inconsistency or ambiguity in this RFP and for all questions pertaining to this RFP, all questions and notifications must be sent via e-mail by April 21, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. CST to the County Authorized Representative:

Only written questions and notifications will receive responses. Washington County reserves the right to disregard questions received after April 21, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. CST. An addendum will be issued through the same communication medium as this RFP was originally distributed no later than April 28, 2023.

Contractors must submit to the e-mail address above with a subject line clearly marked as Investment Software RFP, no later than May 5, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. CST. Late submittals will not be considered.
