Introduction
Washington County recently completed an expansion of the Central Greenway Regional Trail through the Lake Elmo Park Reserve, and this project will provide additional parking and amenities for trail users. The federal funding will be used to complete the trailhead improvements at the Eagle Point parking lot. Washington County also has programmed a $400,000 pavement preservation project for Lake Elmo Park Reserve for several roadways and parking lots around the park. This work will be included in the scope of this project.
