The State of Minnesota, MNIT Services at the Dept. of Veterans Affairs (MDVA) intends to renew existing agreement with Net Health Holdings Corp. The annual renewal provides software as a service (SaaS) maintenance and support related to MDVA’s Rehab Optima Core Suite and CliniSign Online Subscription, which integrates data in the MDVA electronic health record (PCC). This contract is for up to a 12 month term.
Because it is believed Net Health Holdings Corp retains exclusive ownership rights and is solely responsible for providing the required maintenance, updates and patches, this has been deemed a single source purchase. None of these required products/services can be provided through a 3rd party vendor.
