NOTES: This is a single source posting notification; there are no solicitation documents for download. Note this posting is not a Request for Bid (RFB) or Request for Proposal (RFP).
The State of Minnesota Board of Animal Health (BAH) intends to renew their maintenance and support agreement with Trace First Limited and their hosting agreement with Trace First, Inc., for 12 months to maintain access to the CoreOne Application System. BAH requires a livestock disease surveillance, management, and traceable software application and CoreOne supports this critical business function. The CoreOne Application System also makes it possible to submit and receive data from BAH’s Federal partner, the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).
Trace First Limited and Trace First, Inc. retain ownership of all rights, title, and interest to the CoreOne Application System, and are the sole providers of the required as-needed maintenance and support and hosting services. These services are exclusively available through Trace First Limited and Trace First, Inc., and for this reason, these renewals have been deemed single sources.
If there are any concerns regarding this single source opportunity, contact Lorraine Sandbeck at lorraine.sandbeck@state.mn.usby May 18, 2023, at 2:00 PM Central Time. Include the reference number and title of the posting in the subject line.
