The Minnesota Department of Explore Minnesota Tourism (agency) intends to renew an agreement with CrowdRiff for up to 2 years to provide access to CrowdRiff. CrowdRiff is a social media tool that encompasses user generated content curation, website integration, photo/video asset library, industry photo/video asset sharing, social photo/video uploading and hashtag monitoring for Explore Minnesota Tourism’s various campaigns that run throughout the year.

Explore Minnesota Tourism determined that CrowdRiff is the only commercially reasonably available commodity product. This is deemed a single source purchase because CrowdRiff is solely distributed and supported by CrowdRiff and is not available from other third parties.
