The State of Minnesota, MNIT Services at the Dept. of Corrections (DOC) intends to upgrade existing equipment at three separate MN Correctional Facilities (MCF) with Hoffman Security Solutions, LLC.

This upgrade is related to DOC’s KeyWatcher Touch Systems at MCF Oak Pak Heights, MCF St. Cloud, and MCF Shakopee. KeyWatcher Touch is a computerized key control management system allowing access to keys to be selected at an individual user level. As a result, DOC can track who, when and where keys were accessed or returned. This system is in place at several other MCF locations and is integrated into the larger security system at each location. This upgrade consists of hardware and related installation/setup services.

Because Hoffman Security Solutions, LLC is the sole authorized dealer of these products and related services in the state of Minnesota, this has been deemed a single source purchase.
