The State of Minnesota, Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) intends to enter into an agreement with ATEC to purchase computer and electronics upgrades for existing ATEC Model 2200 Toxic Air Sampler.
We currently have an ATEC Model 2200 Toxic Air Sampler, which needs repair and upgrades from the original manufacturer.
This is deemed a single source purchase because ATEC Model 2200 Toxic Air Sampler computer and electronics upgrades are solely distributed and supported by ATEC and are not available from other third parties.
