The State of Minnesota, Department of Public Safety, Emergency Communication Networks division intends to outright purchase the NENA Center Manager Certification Program (CMCP), a week-long in-person course for maximum 35 students developed by the NENA Education Advisory Board. The course is to be held November 13-17, 2023. NENA will provide a Certified NENA Instructor and materials to conduct the Course. NENA will process and issue Certifications of Attendance and/or Completion. The Center Manager Certification Program is a proprietary product developed by the NENA Education Advisory Board and is only offered for purchase through NENA.
