    Minnesota IT Services on behalf of MN Department of Transportation (MnDOT) intend to renew for up to 1 year/12 months their agreement for continued, uninterrupted maintenance and support services of 6927-PathlorMaint, previously referred to as Pathlore Learning Management System (P-LMS) with SumTotal Systems LLC.

    The 6927-PathloreMaint software is used by MnDOT's Human Resources Office to track required certification of Bridge Inspectors (BPAT) both for internal and external clients. The software includes but not limited to; strategic staffing, succession planning, training administration and workforce development.

    SumTotal Systems LLC software licenses, maintenance and support services are proprietary and retain exclusive ownership rights. The State believes third party entities are not granted the required authorizations to provide the needed services resulting in a single source renewal.
