This is a single source posting notification; there are no solicitation documents for download. This posting is not a Request for Bid (RFB) or Request for Proposal (RFP).
The State of Minnesota, MNIT Services at the Dept. of Corrections (DOC) intends to expand an existing agreement with Fuji Photo Film USA Inc. (FujiFilm). This expansion provides software licensing, maintenance, support, hardware, installation, and training services related to DOC’s XMF print Workflow system, a fully integrated print production workflow system designed to manage and support the printing process. This contract is for up to a 12 month term.
Because FujiFilm retains exclusive ownership rights and is solely responsible for providing the required products and services, this has been deemed a single source purchase. None of these required products/services can be provided through a 3rd party vendor.
