Nature of Work/Contract Title:   Wellness Support for MnDOT Staff

Description of Work:   The successful responder will assist MnDOT’s Office of Equity and Diversity with supporting MnDOT staff who are transitioning into a new hybrid workplace model. Proposals should include a mindfulness and restorative lens. The project should effectively support MnDOT staff, regardless of position, by facilitating workshops for managers, supervisors, field staff, and those currently teleworking around supporting themselves and each other using mindfulness practices, restorative processes, effective communication channels, and community building. All sessions will be offered virtually and recorded for later review. Sessions must emphasize and highlight individual and team strengths using a culturally relevant and person-centered approach.
