Minnesota IT Services on behalf of Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs (MNIT@DVA), intend to renew for 1 year/12 months their agreement with Gordian/RSMeans Company, for continued, uninterrupted online cloud, maintenance, and support subscription services of RSMeans Complete Package with Full Library.

The RSMeans Complete Package with Full Library is propriety as has been designed, engineered, and solely manufactured by Gordian/RSMeans Company. The software, designed for construction estimating, is used by the DVA as it pertains to the State’s construction management estimates. Because the State believes the online construction management software subscription services are solely provided by Gordian/RSMeans Company, LLC, and not available through third party reseller, this has been deemed a single source renewal.
