Nature of Work/Contract Title: Minnesota Supplement (A2) Pesticide License Training Manual

Description of Work: The Minnesota Department of Agriculture offers pesticide applicators licensing in various categories based on the treatment location. Every applicator is required to hold category A (Core). The Minnesota Supplement (A2) training manual are the state specific laws and regulations. Currently the A2 training manual is from 2012, making much of the regulatory information outdated and obsolete. This Request for Proposal is meant to achieve all the stakeholder engagement and deliverables needed prior to creating a new study manual which will train the adult learner to apply pesticides in a safe and responsible manner. Specifically, the successful responder will engage Subject Matter Expert Groups (SMEG) for the purpose of updating the manual with the current pesticide laws and regulations for the State of Minnesota. The members of this SMEG group will be selected by vender but approved by MDA; specifics will be contained in the contract.
