Brief description: MnDOT requests responses for preliminary and final design for mill and overlay of Minnesota Trunk Highway (TH) 246 from County State-Aid Highway (CSAH) 26 in Rice County to TH 56. The project includes, but is not limited to, public and stakeholder engagement and coordination, field surveys, construction limits, design memorandum, preliminary and detail hydraulics design, traffic management plan, preliminary and final roadway design, traffic control, ADA design, signing design, pavement marking design, utility coordination, and special provisions.
