Construction Inspection for SP 3408-18
Brief description: MnDOT requests responses for construction inspection for SP 3408-18, a 7.9-mile 2-lane to 4-lane expansion project on TH 23 from New London to Paynesville. Construction consists of grading, bituminous milling and surfacing, building removals, ADA improvements, lighting, replacement of Bridge No. 34X06, and a pedestrian box culvert crossing. Work is anticipated to begin on April 15, 2023 and be completed by November 15, 2024. The goal of this project is to provide the State with construction field inspection, plant inspection, and environmental compliance inspection for SP 3408-18.
