The School of Public Health (SPH) developed a gamified e-learning simulation in the early 2000s on how outbreak investigations happen. This game is called “Outbreak at Watersedge” and continues to be used in educational offerings in Minnesota, nationally, and internationally. The current offering was developed in Flash and SPH is looking for a contractor to redevelop it in a modern development tool, such as Articulate.
