Student Unions and Activities (SUA) is a department within the Office for Student Affairs at the University of Minnesota. SUA produces a wide variety of programs and services to the University community including large-scale entertainment and educational programs that enhance the social, educational, and cultural environment of the University of Minnesota. The Student Activities area within SUA advises a campus-wide program board that plans and implements Homecoming activities, Spring Jam™ festival, and other smaller scale concerts and events.


SUA seeks a vendor that can provide audio/visual production services for its large-scale events on campus at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. These events occur at a variety of locations, including Coffman Memorial Union, Coffman’s Front Plaza, and University parking lot 37.



Vendor will provide all staging, audio, video, and lighting equipment, labor, technical support, and planning assistance for 3 events per year. The audience size for these events varies between 1,000-7,200.
