The focus of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals to provide self-insured medical claims administration, network management, health management, and other services on behalf of the University.

Covered members include employees, spouses, eligible dependents to age 26, pre-65 retirees, disabled and COBRA participants.

The contract will be established between the successful bidder and the Regents of the University of Minnesota.

The contract will incorporate, by reference, the RFP process, including the Respondent’s response to the RFP, and finalist interviews.

Note: There is a financial attachment for suppliers to review, which wasn't yet finalized before the RFP issuance date; therefore, we will send it to suppliers as an RFP addendum within MBid, as soon as it's ready within a few days.
