Are there any hazardous materials within the windows or perimeter caulking?
Answer There is no hazardous material within the windows or perimeter caulking. Contractor will work with the University to test any suspected hazardous materials.

Are there any structural limitations from an access stand point for the sunken courtyard on the north side of the building and the green space on the west side of the building?
Answer Structural limitations, and the type of protections, will be worked out during construction depending on proposed delivery type/capacity.
