The City of Roseville is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide both civil and prosecution legal services. Firms may submit proposals for either civil services, prosecution services or both. Please note that there are separate proposals for each and civil service proposals will be considered separately from prosecution services proposals.

Proposal deadline is Friday, October 21 at 3:30 p.m. Late proposals will not be considered.

Proposers are directed specifically to not contact any other staff other than the specified personnel identified above for any purpose. Unauthorized contact of any personnel may be cause for rejection of the proposer’s RFP response.
