The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District seeks a Contractor to supply one (1) new [brand name] CUSTOM CAGE CL-409 Suspended Personnel Cantilever Work Platform, or equal, delivered FOB(D) Lock & Dam 2, Hastings, MN within three weeks of contract date.
The platform shall meet or exceed SOW specifications, which include (but are not limited to):
- Meets or exceeds A.S.M.E. B30.23-latest specifications.
- Designed to meet or exceed OSHA 29 CFR Subpart CC Part 1926.1431 final rule, and WCB Standards.
- AWS D1.1 Certified Welding procedures, all welds are spatter free and smooth.
- Three-year warranty.
- Dimensions: 48" W. x 108" L. x 86” H. with 5' work area @ 44" high beyond pick point.
- Working load limit (W.L.L); 900 lbs. overall – 500 lbs. W.L.L on deck beyond pick point. (Cage weight 1,560 lbs.)
- Square tubing design.
- Easy on/ off detachable Test Weight system (1,125 lbs.) evenly distributes 125% test load on platform frame.
- Five-part bridle assembly with bolt nut pin type shackles 4 legs of 5/8” wire rope and 5th leg ¾” wire rope attached to master ring dedicated for personnel hoisting only.
- Forklift tubes for easy transporting from one location to the next (6”x3”x1/8”).
Price quoted must include all freight and delivery costs. DO NOT quote freight charges separately. Product shall be delivered within three (3) weeks of contract date.
Please include the manufacturer, model numbers, and specifications (i.e. cut sheets) of all equipment your firm is quoting, to ensure that it meets specifications. Please include the Country of Origin for all equipment with your quote.
OFFEROR SHALL BE REGISTERED IN SAM (System for Award Management) https://www.sam.gov to include the FAR and DFARS Reps and Certs sections with the NAICS code applicable to the solicitation.
Quotes must be RECEIVED no later than the Offer Due Date/Time listed in the SAM.gov solicitation posting.
Quotes received after the deadline are considered late, and may not be considered for award.
Quotes must include specific acknowledgement of all amendments to the solicitation (if any).
