The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District seeks a contractor to furnish all labor, equipment, tools, and materials necessary to operate, repair, maintain and perform tests for the wastewater (sewage) treatment plant (STP), bar screen and lift stations at Leech Lake Dam & Recreation Area, Federal Dam, MN. All chemicals, supplies and equipment necessary to perform required testing and monitoring shall be provided by the contractor. Spare parts required to perform repairs on all components of the STP will be furnished by the Government. All utilities shall be furnished by the Government. The contractor shall provide all required labor. All work shall be performed in accordance with all the manufacturer's specifications and to the satisfaction of the Contracting Officer.
All offerors are highly encouraged to visit the site before submitting a quote. Operation and maintenance manuals along with
the NPDES permits are available at the sites for review.
The base contract shall be for one year, with the term of the contract from 15 April 2023 through 14 April 2024. Active on-site contract performance is required from 15 April 2023 through 20 October 2023. Work shall be required seven days per week, including holidays. The Government will have the option to unilaterally extend the contract for four (4) one year option periods.
