Statement of Work
Minneapolis Veteran Affairs Health Care System
Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Replacement and Repair

1. Introduction:
The Minneapolis VAMC has a requirement to replace and repair three UPS with an authorized vendor to supply and deliver the item. This requirement is in support of a brand name or equal requirement. See FAR Clause 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal (AUG 1999) for additional information. The Brand Name or Equal product salient characteristics are below.

Procurement of replacement batteries, capacitors, and fans for imaging machines SN 022615, MX#: 618 EE120201, SN 96604, MX#: 618 MX1593939, and SN COL201800046PT, MX#: 618 MX1912117 located at Minneapolis VA Healthcare System (MVAHCS). No previously used parts shall be provided by the chosen vendor. All purchased parts shall be new. Vendor requires no access to sensitive data during this service event and will be escorted by Biomed while on-site.
5. Place of Performance

The contractor shall deliver the parts to MVAHCS, One Veterans Drive, Biomedical Instrumentation Service, Minneapolis, MN 55417.

6. Period of Performance
