The purpose of this sources sought is to find Economically Disadvantaged Women Owned Small Businesses (EDWOSB) that provide Chemical Latrine and Greywater services. Contractor will provide portable chemical latrines and greywater removal at Camp Ripley Training Center (CRTC) and Arden Hills Army Training Site (AHATS). Contractor will provide up to 250 Portable Latrines and cleaning services for latrines. CRTC will provide a site for dumping up to 15,000 gallons per day for the chemical latrine waste. Contractor will provide Greywater removal up to 1,000 gallons at a time and dumping the greywater at a site provided by CRTC. Contractor will provide their own equipment.
This is not a request for offers or proposals but is a survey of the market for potential sources. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, IFB, or RFP, if any is issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the Government Wide Point of Entry (GPE). It is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor the GPE for additional information pertaining to this requirement. The GPE is located at https://www.fbo.gov. Offerors will be required to be registered in SAM.gov (https://www.sam.gov/SAM/).
All interested sources should respond. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible. Generic responses may not be considered. We encourage all small business concerns in all socioeconomic categories (i.e., Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), 8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUBZone), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB), and Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB)) to identify their capabilities in meeting the requirement at a fair market price.
