The National Park Service (NPS) is issuing a concessions Prospectus on January 13, 2023, for a concession contract to provide lodging, food & beverage, retail, marina and other services within Voyageurs National Park.

The Prospectus explains the business opportunity and the terms and conditions under which the NPS will award the Concession Contract. The Director has determined that a Preferred Offeror for this Draft Contract does NOT exist, pursuant to the terms of 36 C.F.R. Part 51.

Due to the lack of access to the facilities in January, the NPS held a pre-solicitation site visit on October 3rd, 2022. Offerors are encouraged to visit Voyageurs National Park on their own to become familiar with the Park, the surrounding area and communities, and Park environment.

Any questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to Kelly Kager, Commercial Services Management Specialist, via email (kelly_kager@nps.gov) no later than 4:00 p.m. Central Time on January 31, 2023. Responses will be posted to this solicitation.
