This solicitation has been amended to provide answers to questions submitted by interested offerors. The solicitation has also been extended to 8 AM Central Daylight Time on Monday, 23 October, 2023, to provide additional time to revise quotes as needed in response to these answers. This is a FAR Part 13, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside, Request for Quotations for on-site Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) and related services for the St. Cloud VA Health Care System.

A five-year indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity contract is anticipated, with an estimated 4120 hours a year of CRNA services to be provided by a minimum of three qualified key personnel.

Period of Performance: 01 February 2024 – 31 January 2029.
