1.When will this project take place? POP requested was June 1 to June 30, 2023.
2.Will Snap's techs need to run/conceal any network cabling within the wall? No, but they may need to cover wires on outside of wall with a cap or cover.
3.Can we provide a fixed quote based on the SOW, or do we need to quote 60 hours' worth of services? Fixed or “JOB” Quote is fine.
4.Is there any configuration required, or just the hardware install? No configurations beyond initial set up of equipment and testing for functionality.
5.Will Snap be responsible for providing any products/parts/fixings aside from basic tools? TV Wall mount and/or stand. Misc. wiring/cords needed for equipment to function.
6.Can work be performed during standard business hours? Yes.
The Minnesota NRCS requires the procurement of services and supplies to install the following hardware listed
below in three office locations across the state. The Minnesota NRCS staff at these sites would also require
training to run and operate the equipment.
