Notice of Intent



Leased Parking Space for the U.S. Federal Government



St. Paul, MN



Requirement: The Federal Government intends to enter into a lease renewal for a period of a 5 year firm term for six (6) adjacent, reserviced, structured and secured parking spaces. The Government presently occupies 6 spaces at 332 Minnesota Street, St. Paul, MN 55101 which expires January 12, 2024 under GSA lease number GS-05B-18860. The Government has determined for mission-related and economic reasons that it is advantageous to renew its current lease to allow enough time to complete the competitive process for a long term requirement.



Unique Requirements:




  • Adjacent, reserviced, structured and secured parking spaces



Delineated Area: St. Paul



Lease Term/Occupancy: 5 years firm. Occupancy 1/12/2024



Expression of interest must be received no later than April 28, 2023 and include the following: 1) Building Name and Address, 2) Amount of parking available on-site and the monthly cost per vehicle. Indicate whether the monthly rate includes taxes; 3) Parking structure features and level of security (ie access card, roving security, camera monitored, cashier onsite, etc.).
