Project 618-22-100 Renovate for Expanded Polytrauma Phase 1 at the Minneapolis VAHCS.

The purpose of this project is to Renovate for Expanded Polytrauma Program – Phase 1 is the first phase at the

Minneapolis VAHCS.

The primary objective for renovation is to expand and consolidate the Polytrauma care available at the

Minneapolis VAMC.

The contractor shall provide all supervision, tools, labor, materials, equipment, transportation and testing necessary

to complete the construction of the project described herein. Work includes general construction, electrical, and

plumbing, and other trades as required to provide a complete and finished product.

VA NOTICE OF TOTAL SET-ASIDE FOR VERIFIED SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES:

This solicitation is issued in accordance with Public Law 109-461, The Veterans Benefits, Healthcare information

and Technology Act of 2006, Sections 502 and 503, as set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business

(SDVOSB) contractors.

All prospective offerors must be verified in the Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) as a SDVOSB to be

considered for award.
