This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and market research planning purposes only. It does not constitute a Solicitation and is not a commitment by the Government. All firms responding to this Sources Sought Notice are advised that their response to this notice is not a request that will be considered for contract award.





The information from this market research will assist the Government in planning its acquisition strategy. This is strictly market research. The Government will not entertain questions concerning this market research.





The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St Paul District (USACE) is planning an Office Renovation Construction Project with a general description as follows:





Hastings Resident Engineer Office Renovation





Renovation of approximately 700 square feet of office space located at Lock and Dam #2, 1350 Lock and Dam Rd., Hastings, Minnesota. Using Government-supplied design, the renovation requires, but is not limited to, all labor, materials, design capabilities and equipment necessary to modify the existing floor plan, addition of 3 widows and maintenance on current windows, replacement of carpeting, ceiling tile replacement, office lighting, assessment for and installation of a new fire detection and alarm system, construction of interior walls, remodel of an existing single bathroom into two (2) bathrooms, and painting.
