The City of Bloomington (City), the Port Authority of the City of Bloomington (Port), and the Housing Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Bloomington (HRA) (City, Port, and HRA collectively “Bloomington”) is seeking proposals from qualified individuals, firms, partnerships, and corporations having specific experience in the area(s) of Municipal Advisory Related Services and interested in providing Municipal Advisory Related Services to the City, Port, and HRA. B. Financial Planning, Financial Analysis and Debt Management
C. Capital Budget Programming
D. Debt Issue Development and Oversight
E. Investment Program/Arbitrage-Rebate Management/Continuing Disclosure
F. Economic Development Financial Analysis, Program Development and Management and Financial Reporting for the City, Port & HRA.
