The City of Bloomington is seeking proposals for the development of a Community Health & Wellness Center Feasibility Study including a Statistically Valid Needs Analysis Study.
The Scope of work for this Project shall include, but not be limited to:
Achieve its vision and goals as it relates to assessing both the current and future needs of the residents of Bloomington through a comprehensive approach including to
- Engage the Bloomington community, City leadership and other stakeholders.
- Build a shared vision for Programming, Space, and operational needs.
- Provide guidance to avoid duplicating programs, services, and to fill any voids in the Market.
