The City of Bloomington is seeking proposals to study, design, and implement major water and natural resource improvements; access and trail improvements; and park design and facility upgrades for Central and Moir Park as part of the Nine Mile Creek Corridor Renewal Project (“Project”). The City is seeking proposals for pre-design, design, public engagement, construction documents and assistance with construction administration for the Project from qualified consulting firms having specific experience in the following areas:

Civil engineering related to water resources, wetland restoration, stream bank restoration, upland natural area restoration, bridge, retaining walls, boardwalk, parking lots, trail design, landscape architecture and park design. Exploring mountain bike connections to the MN River may also be considered.
