The City of Bloomington is seeking proposals to plan and implement community-based mental health pop-up events that serve the Cities of Bloomington, Richfield, and Edina (BER). The duration of the contract may be adjusted based on the selected applicant’s work plan but will not exceed an end date of April 30th, 2024. The maximum dollar amounts available for the contract is $80,000.00.
