The City of Elk River is requesting bids for City Hall and Public Safety Building Reroof Projects. The work is generally described as, and bids are required to be submitted individually for, each of the two projects (no combined bids will be accepted):

• All necessary work to replace rubber membrane roof at City Hall building (~42,500 sq. ft., bidders to verify) at 13065 Orono Parkway, Elk River, MN
• All necessary work to replace rubber membrane roof at Public Safety Building (~30,000 sq. ft., bidders to verify) at 13073/13077 Orono Parkway, Elk River, MN

Bids will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. CST on Monday, January 9, 2023, electronically via QuestCDN, at which time the bids will be opened and read aloud. Pre-bid meeting (City Hall then Public Safety Building to follow): a non-mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 14, 2022, at 13065 Orono Parkway, Elk River MN.
