ADVERTISEMENT FOR PROPOSALS
Carver County will receive proposals for County Board Room Technology Updates until 4:00 p.m. CDT on June 7, 2023.
Carver County has issued this Request for Proposal in order to select and contract with a company to update and enhance Audio and Video presentation capabilities in the County Board Room at the Carver County Government Center Campus, 600 East 4th Street, Chaska, Minnesota.
Vendors will be required to attend a mandatory site visit at the Carver County Government Center Campus, 600 East 4th Street, Chaska, MN 55318, on May 11, 2023, at 1 p.m. CDT. The site visit will include an overview of the project and a walk-through of the existing board room technology. Proposals from vendors not represented at the mandatory site visit will result in rejection of proposal submission.
This issuance of this Request for Proposal does not obligate the County to award a contract or complete the project and the County reserves the right to cancel the solicitation if it is considered to be in its best interest.
