The Chisago County Recorder’s Office, located in Center City, Minnesota, is soliciting Requests for Proposals (RFP) from responsible vendors to provide proposals to create a Historical Land Index & Record Book Document Preservation Project with E-Commerce Site. It is anticipated that any contracts resulting from this RFP would commence on July 1, 2023, and continue through July 1, 2026, with an option to extend the contracts for three (3) additional one year contract extensions.
The proposal is to digitize Chisago County MN Historical Land Indexes (1852 - 1988) & Record Books (1852 - 1962) from physical books, and with the digital documents create a hosted searchable database site with E-commerce.
