The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from responsible service providers who are licensed attorneys in the State of Minnesota and qualified to provide professional legal services in the form of legal representation to eligible parents, guardians or custodians in child protection matters under the Juvenile Protection Provision of the Minnesota Juvenile Court Act.

The services shall include, but are not be limited to the duties “Scope of Service” included in this proposal package.

The County seeks to contract with more than one service provider for these legal services.
