This project is for the expansion of the Public Works Center located at 1188 50th Street SE, Rochester, MN 55904. This bid event is for the work scopes that are hard bids. A seperate solicitation event, RFP2023-306, is for the electrical, mechanical and earthwork scopes that will be evaluated using best value methodology.
