Olmsted County (hereby referred to as “the County”) is seeking proposals from qualified person(s) (“Respondents”) to design, engineer, build, maintain, and decommission a turn-key installation of up to 39 kW rooftop or ground mount solar photovoltaic (PV) system at the Olmsted County Kalmar Landfill (site address below). The successful Respondent will have demonstrated experience with designing, planning, scheduling, permitting, constructing, interconnecting, maintaining, and decommissioning a solar PV system.
