The Washington County Community Services Department is soliciting proposals to identify and contract with an experienced organization to provide an integrated system of services designed to support the mental health of children in Washington County and prevent out-of-home placement when possible. Services included in this competitive solicitation are:

• Children’s Mental Health Targeted Case Management
• Children’s In-Home Therapeutic Services
• Children’s Day Treatment Services
• Qualified Individuals to Complete Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) Assessments for Placement in Qualified Residential Placement Setting (QRPS)
