The Washington County Community Services Department is soliciting multiple proposals to identify and contract with experienced organizations offering a comprehensive range of vital services to individuals in need, including Community Alternative Care (CAC),Community Access for Disability Inclusion (CADI), Brain Injury (BI), Alternative Care (AC), Elderly (EW)and Developmental Disability (DD) waiver services, County funded Rule 185 Case Management Services and Vulnerable Adult and Developmental Disability Targeted Case Management (VA/DD TCM) services as defined by the Department of Human Services.
