This request for Quote (RFQ) has been prepared by Washington County to secure services for replacement of an aging metal culvert crossing along County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 9 (Keystone Ave.) with a 51” Span RC Pipe – Arch. The location of the culvert is approximately ¼ of a mile south of the intersection of CSAH 7 (122nd St.) and CSAH 9.
