Washington County Community Services Department is seeking to identify and license qualified organization(s) to purchase, lease or build a Community Residential Services Home for one adult male in Washington County, preferably in the Forest Lake area. This home shall provide Home and Community Based Services – Community Residential Settings to this individual though the Intellectual and Developmental Disability (I/DD) waiver. The start date for these services is estimated to begin in mid-2024.
