This is a single source posting notification; there are no solicitation documents for download. This posting is not a Request for Bid (RFB) or Request for Proposal (RFP).
The State of Minnesota MNIT Services, on behalf of the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED), intends to renew an existing agreement with OpenText Corp. for up to 12 months. The renewal provides a subscription for RightFax Connect. RightFax Connect is a cloud-based fax service that provides IP-based faxing. DEED uses RightFax Connect to process and handle documents relating to unemployment insurance claims.
Because OpenText Corp. retains exclusive ownership rights and is solely responsible for providing the required maintenance, updates and patches, this has been deemed a single source purchase. None of these required products/services can be provided through a 3rd party vendor.
