The Minnesota Zoological Garden (Zoo) is requesting proposals for an Owner’s Representative who will lead the design and construction project to renovate and replace the Lakeside Plaza. The Owner’s Representative will serve as an integral member of the design and construction team with the architectural design and construction manager at risk firms. The Owner’s Representative will facilitate all aspects of the project from design through construction, to ensure the owner’s needs and standards are met, representing and acting on behalf of the Zoo.
A mandatory in person pre-proposal meeting will be held June 22, 2023, at 9:00 AM Central Time at the Minnesota Zoo.
