MNIT Services Central intends to enter into an Agreement with Century Link/Lumen to provide VIPER7 UPGRADE at 3 MN Locations (Rochester, Roseville and Capital Security) for the State Patrol. The system is mission critical in the sense that it supports Roseville answering point but serves as the back up to the Rochester site and the backbone for Capitol Security Communications.
This purchase has been deemed a single source. The State believes that this upgrade is a single source because no other provider or reseller exists for Viper7 upgrades.
