Minnesota IT Services on behalf of Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) intends to enter into a 12-month (1 Year) agreement with RiverMorph for continued, uninterrupted renewal of licenses for a stream restoration software package for DNR staff.

RiverMorph is an analytical, data management subscription that enables the DNR staff all aspects of river restoration including but not limited to: assessment, monitoring, natural channel design, legacy data, and collaboration with other users. Tools are provided for stream classification, survey data reduction and plotting, discharge gage analyses, Pfankuch channel stability analyses, bank erosion prediction, natural channel design, regime equations, regional curves, measurement of planform features and interfacing with a variety of engineering software.

RiverMorph is the only authorized provider for the subscription and reserve all rights, including without limitation license rights for their products and services. No ownership or other rights are transferable, and all trademarks, logos, and services marks (collectively, “Trademarks”) contained in their products are owned and not available through third-party entities. For these reasons, the State believes this to be a single source renewal.
