The Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) intends to enter an agreement with Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) to establish a food service management contract to prepare and deliver food to the State of Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) operated facility at Community Behavioral Health Hospital (CBHH), 800 Bemidji Avenue North, Bemidji, Minnesota, 56601-3020.

This contract has been deemed a single source as HCSG is the only provider available in the Bemidji area that can provide the patient meals according to the patient requirements. Also, HCSG is the only vendor that can fulfil the requirements that the building company requires. HCSG is solely responsible for providing the required services, these services are not available with any other vendor in the Bemidji area.
